Shipping Policy

In order to receive a refund, you, as the customer, must return your order in its entirety. Once we have received and checked your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 working days using your original method of payment. Please remember that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.

If your return is accepted, you must securely pack the returned item and send it back using Royal Mail, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
